Top 100 Records, revisited.

Twelve years have passed. A cornucopia of decent albums have come out since then. In addition, I've discovered records that may not be new, but were/are new to me, and would squeeze some of the old choices off the list. By the way, can we please get rid of the word "album" when referring to a single release by a band, and go back to the far more satisfying word, "record"? An album is what you put pictures of your family in. A record is what you slap on to your turntable, or drop into your CD player. Seriously, just say the words to yourself. Album... Record...

So, here is an updated, revised, improved list of the Top 100 records of all-time. Of course, this list is not definitive. These are just my favorites. Definitive lists are written by entities with bad taste. Like fuckin' Rolling Stone magazine. It goes without saying that I will probably change my mind about this list weekly:
